Dr Raghavendra Holla N is the chairman of Swastika National Business School (SNBS), affiliated to Mangalore University. He has a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from Mangalore University, M.Phil. in Sociology and MBA in HRM, PGDRP from Annamalai University, a Doctorate Degree in Social Work from Mysore University and he has successfully completed the Senior Management Program from Indian Institute of Management (IIM),Kozhikode.
He served as Lecturer in various institutions for 5 years. He has 13 years of industrial experience as Manager-Admin at Mangalore SEZ Ltd. ONGC Group Company and 7 Years of entrepreneur knowledge at Swastika Consultancy Services as COO. He is a certified soft skill trainer and Founder President of JCI Mangaluru Samrat. He is a Rajyapuraskar Award winner in Scouts and Karate Brown Belt. He is the recipient of NCC - B Certificate, District Best Rock Climber Award, Best MC Award, National Level Outstanding Parliamentarian Award from JCI India in addition to various prizes in Public Speaking competitions. He is a National Trainer and has conducted more than 500 training programs for various target groups. His special areas of training are Effective Public Speaking, Leadership, Train the Trainer, Chairmanship and Parliamentary Procedure,Team Building and many more.
Dr Holla is also the Joint Secretary of Public Relation Council of India (PRCI). He has taken up various other offices such as Vice President of Koota Mahajagathu, Mangalore and Secretary of Bharatiya Shikshan Mandal, Karnataka. He is the life member of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD), Mangalore/Udupi Chapter and National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM).
His vision for Swastika National Business School is to bridge the gap between an educational institution and the industry by following the concept of earning while learning.

Gangadha Hegde worked as Deputy Tashildar in the Revenue Department at Puttur Sub Division. He has served for over 37 years in Revenue Department under various Posts and Sections. He is currently serving as Revenue Advisor at Swastika Consultancy Services, Puttur Branch.

Parameshwara Moily served as Village Accountant, Revenue Inspector, Grama Panchayath Secretary and 1st Division Assistant at Taluk Office Bantwal, after which he was promoted as Deputy Tahashildar, a post that he held for 4 years. He has 37 years of experience in the Revenue Department. He has been serving as Revenue Advisor at Swastika Consultancy Services, B.C Road Branch.

Pooja Rao is a M.Com graduate serving as a lecturer at Swastika National Business School and Manager, Training division at Swastika Consultancy service, Mangalore. She has been NSS Secretary and was awarded as the Best NSS Volunteer for the academic year 2018- 19. Being a stage performer for various events, she has hosted many events both formally and informally! Together with this, she is also a soft skilled and JCI trainer.

In addition, he has 4 years’ experience at the DDLR office and 2 years’ experience as Survey Supervisor at Bantwal. Upon retirement he served for 10 years as Surveyor at MSEZ through KIADB. He has been Survey Consultant at Swastika Consultancy Services Mangalore.
